This link is to the installer for the remote administration software (GoToMyPC) that Trumpet, Inc. uses. A Trumpet team member will give you a username and password to use whenever a remote connection session is necessary.

From time to time, GoToMyPC may not allow you to switch between Trumpet support accounts. If this happens, a Trumpet team member will instruct you to click on the following button:
